The Startup Success Podcast

In our 9th show, we wrap up our interview with IT legend, Joel Spolsky, on Twitter, advice for startups and more. Joel is the cofounder of Fog Creek Software (Fogbugz), the force behind the Joel on Software blog and forums, a podcaster and cofounder of Stack Overflow.

Pat and I dig into Value and why there’s more of it in the Online Economy for startups to package and monetize, I have a few suggestions for finding post topics for your blog, Pat has a good Microsoft online training resource and we have another Startup for Startups for your consideration.

  1. A couple of things …

    1. Snowmans?

    2. I tried hard to even out the audio levels in this show. Please let me know if it helped.

In case you are curious, I tried using Levelator, but I didn’t like the result – too much “pumping” for my taste. I ended up using GoldWave’s volume matching effects and a wee bit of compression for some of the segments.

    Thanks for all the feedback.
